I'm an Austrian filmmaker, photographer, and certified drone pilot based in Cyprus — but the camera came second. My background is in cultural studies and visual anthropology, which means my real training is in reading people: what they present, what they hide, and what actually earns trust. 

I built Horus Horizon on that foundation, not on equipment. Every production starts as a question about identity before it becomes a question about shots.

Before Horus Horizon, I spent seven years researching Harley-Davidson — its brand, its riders, its dealerships, its rituals — as the field research for my bachelor's and master's theses in cultural anthropology, cultural studies and transnational communication. 

What that produced was one finding: people don't buy the better product. They buy the story they want to belong to.

That finding is the foundation of Fieldwork, the method behind every Horus Horizon production. The camera replaced the notebook. The method didn't change.

Today I work with founders whose personal credibility is the product, luxury real estate agencies and developers, hospitality and marina brands, and companies that need their leadership summits and launches told with the same narrative care as a founder story.
